Located within the Highlands Marketplace in Mittagong, this cafe offers a casual and cosy spot that often attracts a mix of solo diners, families, and groups looking for a relaxed meal out. It’s the kind of place where people come for a hearty breakfast or brunch, with menu options ranging from classic ricotta pancakes and French toast to more substantial choices like the Guru Big Breakfast or a deluxe beef burger. The little ones aren’t forgotten either, with kid-friendly menu items and high chairs available.

Those who appreciate a good cup of coffee or a diverse tea selection will find ample offerings, alongside casual happy-hour drinks if you’re stopping by later in the day. The seating setup includes outdoor options and wheelchair accessibility, making it welcoming for a wide range of visitors. Visitors tend to appreciate the generous portion sizes and the variety of healthy and vegetarian options on offer. The takeaway and delivery choices add convenience, especially for locals or tourists wanting a quick bite. While some typical cafe moments include the occasional inconsistency in food preparation or presentation, overall it remains a neighbourhood spot where people come for familiar, straightforward meals without any fuss. Parking is relatively easy with free options nearby, and dogs are welcome, which adds to its relaxed, inclusive vibe in this part of Mittagong.

"Excellent service, Nice and friendly staff Always feels like home."
"Food was overpriced, order an eggs benny and got 2 tiny burnt pieces of bacon."
"Ordered a caramel coffee frappe - was fantastic, tasted great."
4 Eggs Benedict was very dissatisfying. Packet thinly sliced ham, poached eggs that had an egg white tail , a plus was they weren’t hard! undercooked turkish toast. FW coffee worthy of a bubbly cap. Dirty menus yuk. I’ve been here many times over the years, sadly your standards have fallen well short of the mark . New ownership ??
4 OVERALL: 7 / 10. VALUE: good size portions. SERVICE: was good. FOOD: was good although the baked beans were cold (straight from the can?). AMBIENCE: it's in a shopping centre, so expect it to be quite noisy.
